I recently finished a great collaboration project with good friend and world class musician and song writer Charlie Parr. His work is timeless and authentic. I finished the artwork for his latest album in-between finishing volume #1 of my drawing series, "A Field Menagerie to Birds of North America".
Parr's album is a unique remastered and reissue of his acclaimed "1922" album. I am really looking forward to the album release later this summer/early fall. I will be sure to keep you in the loop. Check out this very intriguing Director's Cut of Lance Lindahl's movie BIG HIGHWAY
The acting and storyline are captivating, as is the cinematography. It's also packed with great musicians and score, with good friend Charlie Parr making some great features in the film. I am really looking forward to this. Being from the north woods one can really catch the quirky nuances that unassumingly find their way in just this cut version. A requiem for a dream you could say.
